Esa-one A31 is a product designed to offer a single solution to powder fillers manufacturers.
Chemical-physical characteristics:
- Chemical description: blend of polysaccharides and special additives
- pH: 6.0 – 8.0 (2% w/w water sol)
- appearance: free-flowing ivory powder
- moisture: < 5%
- bulk density: 1.1 – 1.2 Kg/l
- particle sizes: 95% > 150um
- solubility: partial
- Brookfield RVT viscosity: 6000 – 8000 mPa*s (2% w/w solution, 20’C, 20rpm)
Application dosages
Gypsum finishing plaster:
2.0 – 3.0%
Gypsum adhesive:
2.0 – 4.0%
Cement finishing plaster:
2.0 – 3.0%
