Key Characteristics:

  • Good compatibility with other resins and polymers
  • Low molecular weight
  • Good thermal resistance
  • Very low VOC and low odour
  • Very low Naphthalene content
  • Water resistance

Typical Properties

  • Colour gardner (50% resin solid in Toluene) (ASTM D1544): Max6# Softening point (Ring & Ball) (ASTM E28): 95-105°C
  • Acid value (ASTM D974): Max 0.10 mgKOH/g
  • Iodine Value (ASTM D1959): Max.30 gI/100g
  • Ash content (ASTM D 1063): Max.0.05%
  • Specific gravity (ASTM D71): 1.07-1.13 20/20℃

Applications:

  • EVA-based hot melt woodworking adhesive.
