Esacol 205
Esacol 205 is a hydrocolloid belonging to the polysaccharides family. It’s soluble both in hot and cold water.

- Chemical description: non ionic etherified polysaccharides
- pH: 6.0 – 8.0 (2% w/w sol, 20’C)
- appearance: ivory brown-flowing powder
- moisture: <8%
- bulk density: 0.60 – 0.80 g/ml
- particle size: 99.9% < 40 mesh
- solubility: complete both in hot and cold water
- Brookfield RVT viscosity: 2000 – 4000 mPa*s (2% w/w solution, 20’C, 20 rpm)

0.025 – 0.1%
