DeCAL 1015 Thickening agent for Adhesive and Latex Compounds

DeCAL 1015 is an acrylic copolymer emulsion in water. The polymer provides cost effective rheology modification particularly suitable in the application of adhesive and latex compounds.

Application

DeCAL 1015 is an ideal rheological control additive for adhesives, carpet backing compounds and rubber dispersions.
DeCAL 1015 provides easy viscosity control, enhanced stability with filled systems, and excellent machine runability properties.
Addition levels of 1-3 % are typical and due to the grade being pH activated this must be maintained in the region of pH 7.0-9.5 for full and complete activation.
